Tess Jenks, Lawyer

Tess has worked in class action litigation since 2012 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2023. 

While practicing, Tess has gained unique experience representing both plaintiff and defendant parties in a range of complex class action litigation and non-litigated claims, including parliamentary inquiries and other investigations across various Australian jurisdictions.   

Tess’ dual-perspective experience allows her to approach claims with a strong understanding of the priorities and pressures of both parties, fostering a practical, resolution-focused approach that emphasises empathy and mutually beneficial outcomes.

A Lawyer at Echo Law, Tess’ particular focus are securities class actions claims.
